• Healing 1: Massage: Integrative Techniques
  The past twenty years of massage therapy has led me to offer this revolutionary massage treatment. Previously we have all had treatment which have omitted the feet, glutes, abdominals, and the neck and face. This innovative two hour session is a journey of integration where the entire body is addressed using a range of modalities working in unison to provide a deeper experience of rest and digest. The peripheral nervous system is accessed through aromatherapy, reflexology, the techniques of Arvigo Maya therapy, Esalen massage, and sculpture lifting techniques. The stored pain and stress in all soft tissues is released allowing us to realign chakras, eliminate anxiety and surrender to our deepest subconscious. Addressing intraoral work releases the jaw and tension in the neck. In the Arvigo techniques your vagus nerve, diaphragm, and psoas experience greater circulation to support your homeostasis. By traveling this path in "Healing I" there is a physical and emotional release of stored memories in our muscle. This is for the person who is returning to life from chronic illness or trauma.

• Thai Massage 65min
  Thai Massage is a 65 min session offering. My guest is required to wear loose fitting clothing. For women, yoga pants and a loose fitting top. For men sweat pants and loose fitting top. The 75 minute session is not performed on a massage table. Thai Massage traditionally is clothed, no oil, and performed as floor work. Thai Massage mobilizes joints, introduces contrast stretching, while addressing meridian work from Eastern techniques. Thai Massage is a moving mediation in my experience.
  My prerequisite for offering the service requires the guest to have had previous experience or exposure to Yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic, Qi Gong or other body movement discipline which incorporates body awareness techniques. If you are someone that has had none, I would request you book a “Consultation” to have a complete understanding of the technique. The weight limit to be worked on is 250 pounds or below.
  In 2000 I completed my studies at The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. I spent two years training in Shiatsu. This led me to travel to Chiang Mai, Thailand where I attended The Thai Massage School Shivagakomarpaj & Old Medicine Hospital.
